Multinational corporations require face-to-face gatherings for business and team-building events. We undertook the mammoth task of facilitating the transportation of 400 employees from a multinational corporation originating from various cities in North America and Europe for their annual retreat in Latin America. Our planning involved arranging two high-capacity airliner jets equipped for multiple stops before reaching their final destination. To elevate the experience, our concierge organized a resort buyout to ensure accommodation for each employee.
We supported our valued client who was planning a luxurious sensory dinner to introduce her new brand to a distinguished audience, including royalty from a Middle Eastern country flying into London for the exclusive experience. Understanding the importance of security, our specialist partners conducted a thorough risk assessment at the designated hotel, the location for the guests during their stay, and the venue for the event. To ensure peace of mind for the duration of the trip to London, we assigned the highest tier of UK close protection – former Royal Protection Officers – dedicated to each attendee.
Acting on behalf of a foreign embassy in London, we coordinated the return flights on a VIP airliner for over 20 delegates and VIPs to the county of the Grand Prix. Considering the various locations of the delegates across Europe, we planned the optimal routes for passengers to join from commercial airlines to the VIP airliner. Our goal was to reduce costs and travel time while maximizing the client experience.
We collaborated closely with the concierge team overseeing the logistics of a government-supported festival on a Caribbean island. Our team planned the roundtrip transport from London to the island for the headliner act and their team, ensuring the finest charter available with all essential amenities and luxuries for the journey.
We were honored to work with one of the largest and most successful film studios in North America. Selected for our emphasis on security, we were entrusted with the task of transporting over 40 crew members and specialist equipment to a remote location in Mexico.
In the two years following the assassination of Haiti’s President Jovenel Moïse, the nation has remained on the US’s ‘Level 4: Do Not Travel’ list given the high risk of kidnapping, crime, civil unrest, and inadequate healthcare infrastructure. However, at the request of clients, we have arranged several private charters with the assistance of on-the-ground intelligence personnel offering the most up-to-date knowledge on the current security climate and additional security services.
We managed the private charter on behalf of a tourism board in Africa running a promotional campaign to boost tourism. This initiative involved chartering a private jet from Europe and strategically making multiple stops across the continent to fly in A-list celebrities for the project.
Leveraging our specialized security partners, we provided clients chartering a mega yacht through the Caribbean with top-tier maritime security. Former U.S. Navy SEALs were enlisted to offer round-the-clock protection and ensure our client’s safety for the duration of the charter.
Through our specialized partners, we created and presented a secure and efficient travel itinerary for an upcoming campaign. Regrettably, due to unforeseen circumstances, the project narrowly missed reaching fruition.
Working on behalf of a security-conscious client, we formulated a comprehensive emergency evacuation plan. This plan was designed to support the client and their family in case of a medical emergency, natural disaster, political unrest, or any other crisis. The protocol involved arranging a helicopter or private jet to the nearest point of safety or care, with consideration for their seven properties dispersed across the globe.
At the request of the organizers of an inaugural investment conference in Latin America, we were tasked with providing private charters for key investors and speakers from various major cities in the USA. Our focus extended into the onboard experience, ensuring the atmosphere was conducive to networking for a valuable pre-conference journey. We also provided ground security options for the duration of their stay to enhance the safety of all participants.
We worked on an emergency charter for a European company that required the immediate deployment of a team to Cuba to handle a time-sensitive situation. Responding with efficiency, we had wheels in the air within 45 minutes of receiving the request, enabling the team to promptly address the pressing issue. Following this initial engagement, the company has consistently relied on our services for subsequent similar situations.
A tourist, an unfortunate casualty of a car crash and unable to withstand commercial travel, contacted us for medical evacuation to the USA. We promptly facilitated a direct transfer to the hospital where they received specialist treatment.
Our services were requested by family members searching for their missing loved ones following Hurricane Otis in Mexico. The Category 5 storm devastated the seaside city of Acapulco, leaving the residents without electricity or communications for several days.
